SB 1019   Garrison
McDaniel, Jeannie
Allows certain public housing authorities to collect certain debts by filing a claim against income tax refunds; modifies current claims process to include certain public housing authorities; provides an effective date.

SB 1036   Stanislawski Increases the amount of the homestead exemption to $22,000 or fifty percent of the amount set by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development to be the median income for the county or metro area.

SB 1037   Brecheen Allows counties to hold elections to determine if counties can levy a severance tax on gravel, sand, and gypsum; counties will determine the life of the severance tax; the Oklahoma Tax Commission will notify taxpayers of the rate change.

SB 1039   Justice Requires that examination fees paid to the Attorney General for proceedings leading to the issuance and sale of revenue bonds not be less than Five-Hundred Dollars ($500); EMERGENCY.

SB 1071 (3) David Reauthorizes the state income tax donation for Court Appointed Special Advocate Programs effective January 1, 2014.

SB 1098   Wilson Deletes an exemption for excise tax on sales of newspapers and periodicals.

SB 1108   Anderson Creates Council of Bond Oversight; outlines membership and duties; Defines ‘State Governmental Entity Financing’; Repeals sections of law relating to bonds.

SB 1120   Fields Modifies definition of “Total Gross Receipts” as it applies to advertised price of a mixed beverage.

SB 1138   Garrison Directs the Oklahoma Tax Commission to design and issue official Prisoner of War and Missing in Action license plates; creates the POW/MIA Revolving Fund in the Oklahoma Military Department; provides funding source and expenditures.

SB 1159   Adelson Adds Oklahoma Capital Formation Act where needed. Requires a list for all dollars obtained by sale of tax credits from investee companies and from venture funds be made available to the financial community.
